The experience

Milanese boldness and precision.

The Bicocca is named after a district of Milan, and shares its spirit. Its frank, almost industrial architecture announces what lies inside: two independent stainless steel boilers, a quiet rotary pump and a touch interface placed right on the group.

You set the temperature to the degree, programme your doses, follow your extraction. While the espresso flows, the steam is already ready.

Frequently asked questions

Bicocca or Appartamento?

The Appartamento is a compact heat exchanger with a vibratory pump; the Bicocca moves up to a dual boiler, a rotary pump and digital control: more precision, more quiet.

Can it be plumbed in?

Yes, thanks to the rotary pump — or run it from the 1.8 L tank.
