The Mozzafiato shares the heart of the Giotto — heat exchanger, E61 group — with straight, more understated side panels that fit into any kitchen.
The FAST generation actively heats the group and runs the boiler on PID. Switch it on, and a quarter of an hour later the first espresso is flowing.
