La R58 Tune est l'évolution de l'icône double chaudière de Rocket Espresso : mêmes fondations — deux chaudières indépendantes, groupe E61, pompe rotative — avec un habillage retravaillé et des réglages affinés. Une machine de comptoir qui se pilote comme un instrument.

The R58 owes its name to its coffee boiler: small, dedicated, controlled to the degree. Beside it, an independent steam boiler waits for the milk without ever disturbing the espresso.

Dual boiler or heat exchanger?
A heat exchanger (Giotto, Mozzafiato) shares one boiler for coffee and steam; a dual boiler separates the two, for a precise and stable brewing temperature.
R58 or R Cinquantotto?
Same dual-boiler architecture; the Cinquantotto has temperature adjustment built into the front panel.
