The Rocket NOW was born from a simple question: what was the Appartamento missing for today’s home baristas? Rocket kept the heat exchanger and the E61 group, and added what people used to buy as accessories.
A shot timer, a large pressure gauge, a bigger drip tray: you see your extraction, you understand it, you improve it.
