La R58 Tune est l'évolution de l'icône double chaudière de Rocket Espresso : deux chaudières indépendantes, groupe E61, pompe rotative et double PID, dans un habillage noir retravaillé. Une machine de comptoir qui se pilote comme un instrument.

The R58 owes its name to its coffee boiler: small, dedicated, controlled to the degree. Beside it, an independent steam boiler waits for the milk without ever disturbing the espresso.

A heat exchanger (Giotto, Mozzafiato) shares one boiler for coffee and steam; a dual boiler separates the two, for a precise and stable brewing temperature.
R58 or R Cinquantotto?
